Nursing Care Professional - Moulamein Village
Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care and implementing tailored care plans for residents.
- Monitoring residents' health, administering medications, and performing necessary treatments.
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to ensure a person-centered approach.
- Assessing and managing residents' chronic conditions and ensuring timely medical interventions.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Educating residents, families, and caregivers on health management and well-being.
- Ensuring infection control protocols, workplace safety, and best practices are adhered to.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Australia).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in palliative care, dementia care, and rehabilitation nursing.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Understanding of aged care quality standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Competence in medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
