About Our Opportunity
">The Clinical Nurse Consultant will provide support and advice to nursing staff in a program working between two sites: Fairfield and Rosemeadow Community Health Centres.
">The role entails ensuring the fidelity of the program across the two sites and recruiting and engaging clients for two years.
">- Providing safe, compassionate, and quality care that is culturally responsive
- Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and the healthcare team
- Interacting professionally and resolving conflicts when they arise
- Maintaining current knowledge of clinical practice advances and research in Child and Family Health Nursing
- Applying expert knowledge to provide evidence-based nursing care
- Participating in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement initiatives
