As a skilled nurse, you'll draw on primary health care principles to deliver holistic, person-centred care, addressing the unique needs of this remarkable group.

  • Assessing and developing individualized care plans for clients facing mental health challenges, chronic conditions, or complex needs.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client's exceptional journey.
  • Promoting dignity, life, and spirituality through connected communities that celebrate individuality.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care that honours the autonomy of older adults.
  • Current registration as an AHPRA-certified nurse following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate nursing experience, encompassing clinical assessments and expertise.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, empowering confident decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, supporting efficient communication and collaboration.
