Job Title: Nurse Care Professional We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Professional. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident-centred care in a dynamic and supportive environment. About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical care tasks and maintaining accurate records and observation charts. Additionally, you will work closely with residents, their representatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate completion of clinical care tasks and related documentation• Maintain up-to-date records and observation charts• Manage specialised nursing care needs, including patches, injections, wound care, catheter care, diabetic care, and dangerous drugs• Collaborate with residents, their representatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care• Ensure compliance with medication management policy and procedures• Promote evidence-based processes for defining infections and antimicrobial stewardship Requirements:We require a registered nurse with current registration and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) certification, minimum two years' experience in residential aged care, current NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Covid-19 vaccinations.
