Airport Rostering Specialist

As a vital member of our airport operations team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless travel experiences for passengers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Determine and obtain aircraft loads according to airline service level agreements.
- Process annual leave requests and allocate rostering patterns while adhering to enterprise bargaining agreement conditions.
- Action and update all schedule changes, preparing an accurately completed worksheet for the SDS team.
- Undertake training and work with new systems, proactively managing staff allocation for training purposes.
- Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.
- Ensure understanding of enterprise bargaining agreements and labour compliance, including government and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience with rostering and knowledge of service level agreements.
- Vast understanding of business operations, including interpretation of enterprise agreements.
- Sound computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach with strong prioritization and time management skills.
