Job Opportunity:

A senior professional with expertise in health, safety and environment is required to spearhead our HSE initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing HSE strategies that promote a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HSE excellence across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on building a robust HSE culture and ensuring accountability for HSE in their areas.
  • Work closely with local and regional HSE teams as well as subject matter experts to identify and mitigate specific risks related to the industry.
  • Support emergency response arrangements including procedure development and training.
  • Develop and deliver HSE awareness and workforce engagement programs as needed.
  • Focus on promoting mental health and wellbeing among site staff.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent certification such as NEBOSH or OHS Certificate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related HSE role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
