Strategic Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development Lead.

The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools is seeking a seasoned executive to drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision and strategic priorities.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for HR, WHS, payroll and organisational development initiatives.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning and talent development.
  • Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on organisational change and workforce capability development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 10+ years of senior People & Culture leadership experience.
  • A proven track record of leading change within complex organisations.
  • Expertise in HR strategy, WHS, industrial relations and payroll.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A commitment to the values and Mission of Catholic education.
