Job Summary:
The People Capability Lead role involves developing and implementing a strategic workforce plan that aligns with the organization's objectives.
This position requires an individual who can drive high-impact programs across various departments to create a future-ready workforce.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in leadership development, learning frameworks, diversity initiatives, and talent management. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive people capability strategy
- Design and implement programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with teams to embed meaningful change and deliver a best-in-class employee experience
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize workforce planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
