Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance of the brand by developing and managing assortment plans, optimising inventory, and driving sales and profit across all channels.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for maximising sales and profit potential through detailed seasonal plans for sales, stock, open-to-buy (OTB), markdowns, stock turns, and gross profit (GP). You will also monitor and analyse current performance, recommending re-plans to optimise future sales and profit performance.

Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting post-seasonal analysis, identifying successes and opportunities for future planning. Additionally, you will manage store gridding for allocations, factoring in sales performance, store capacity, and demographics.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Allocator or Planning Assistant in a related field. They will also possess strong planning and organisational skills with a high level of commercial acumen.
