We're looking for a skilled Inventory Planner to join our team. As an Inventory Planner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory levels are optimal across 6 parent warehouses and 10 child locations.

You'll be responsible for reviewing stock levels, creating transfer orders to rebalance inventory, and working closely with the Production Team to align supply plans with factory constraints.

Our ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in a data-driven role, with expertise in using spreadsheets and SQL. You'll also need to be comfortable working with large datasets and spotting opportunities to streamline systems.

We're a collaborative team that values continuous improvement. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and implement changes that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create transfer orders to rebalance inventory and optimize stock levels
  • Work closely with the Production Team to align supply plans with factory constraints
  • Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or stockouts
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in a data-driven role, preferably in inventory planning or a similar field
  • Expertise in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and SQL
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
