Finance Leadership Opportunity

The role of Finance Director is a pivotal position within our organization, serving as a strategic liaison between Commercial Finance, Group Finance, and the local market team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Country Head to provide financial insight and guidance on key decisions related to growth, profitability, and business performance.
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the APAC market, working closely with capability teams.
  • Engagement with delivery heads, market leads, and FBP's on forecasting and planning for optimization.
  • Lead a team of 3 to deliver local finance operations across the APAC region in all aspects of financial control.
  • Oversee P&L ownership, balance sheet management, and cash flow for the division.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA).
  • Financial leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in financial control, financial modelling, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate at various levels in the organization.
