Job Title: Financial Strategist

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and expansion strategy, working closely with senior leaders to drive business success.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to leverage their expertise and experience to drive financial transformation, improve financial planning and reporting, and develop a high-performing finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnering with CEOs and executive teams to deliver growth and transformation, as well as broad technical expertise across all aspects of finance.

About You:

  • 15+ years' experience including senior finance leadership at Finance Director level or equivalent
  • A proven track record of partnering with CEOs and executive teams to deliver growth and transformation
  • Broad technical expertise across all aspects of finance, and flair for commercial finance business partnering
  • An inclusive and inspiring leadership style, with exceptional influencing and communication skills
  • Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or FMCG will be highly regarded

  • Drive financial transformation, improving financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, shape strategy, and prioritise investments
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team with strong succession pathways
  • Ensure robust systems, governance, and compliance with both global standards and local regulations
