Customer Service Representative

Woolworths Online is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Agent in Ulverstone. As a key member of our Online Shopping Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their online shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with our Online/Replenishment teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Manage difficult customer situations, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult customer situations.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our Online/Replenishment teams.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Current Full Driver's Licence, with a clean driving record.
