Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Berkeley Vale, Central Coast AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team and managing systems, processes, and procedures within the department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in implementing strategies, planning, and leading teams to meet company targets. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and implement continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently planning and leading the production team to meet company targets\
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and implementing continuous improvements\
  • Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices are implemented and followed throughout\
  • Identifying and deploying technical skillsets, resources, and systems required to deliver important projects\
  • Conducting risk assessments on processes and tasks within the department and implementing continuous improvement strategies\
