Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing professional to lead our plant operations. As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your primary goal will be to oversee the site's financial, operational, and efficiency targets. You will have the autonomy to implement changes and improvements to ensure the plant operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering an inclusive and values-driven culture. Your leadership will set the tone for the team, building trust, driving accountability, and ensuring every member feels part of the journey.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the site. This includes implementing modern manufacturing practices, embedding continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

You will act as a key point of connection between the site, customers, and senior stakeholders. Your role will involve strengthening customer and supplier relationships, aligning site capabilities with broader growth objectives, and ensuring service delivery is consistent and reliable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a proven leader with experience in manufacturing or industrial operations. A strong track record of delivering results with P&L accountability, and the ability to inspire and unite teams, is essential.

Candidates should possess commercial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for continuous improvement and modern manufacturing practices. Experience in building products, mining, or renewables would be beneficial but not required.
