Our goal is to hire a talented Production Supervisor who will lead our operations team with expertise and passion.

The Job
  • Develop staff motivation and encourage team leaders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure efficient production by coordinating with other supervisors, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and team members, holding them accountable for KPIs.
  • Conduct regular visual checks to ensure high-quality products at all stages.
  • Promote performance through visual KPIs, 5S/LEAN methodologies, personal development coaching, and workshops.
Your Background
  • A strong rapport-builder with a demonstrated history of leading teams to improved performance.
  • A background in made-to-order bespoke environments.
  • Experience implementing 5S/LEAN methodologies site-wide, reducing risk, waste, and increasing efficiencies.
  • Proven experience in communicating, liaising, and coordinating with departments to ensure product completion on time.
  • Effective management of upstream and downstream processes, ensuring raw materials availability and timely delivery of finished products.
  • Ability to adapt to various product sets.
  • Strong leadership in safe work practices - this role involves hands-on manual assembly processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with upper management and the factory floor.
