Key Role

A Plant Manager is required to lead a manufacturing operation in the Hunter Region.

This role focuses on driving change with purpose, and creating an environment where people feel empowered to succeed.

The successful candidate will have full accountability for the site's financial, operational, and efficiency targets.

They will be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering an inclusive and values-driven culture is also crucial. The leader will set the tone by building trust, driving accountability, and ensuring every team member feels part of the journey.

Operational excellence is also key, including production performance, process improvements, compliance, and accreditation standards. Implementing modern manufacturing practices and embedding continuous improvement initiatives are essential responsibilities.

The role extends beyond the factory floor, requiring strong relationships with customers and suppliers, alignment with growth objectives, and consistent service delivery.

Safety and compliance are top priorities, with the Plant Manager championing WHS standards and fostering a culture of care and responsibility.
