Healthcare Support Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to patients in a dynamic environment. About the Role:

The Healthcare Support Professional will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver patient-centered care, developing skills in both acute inpatients and ambulatory services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care under the delegation of a healthcare professional
  • Providing cover at various hospital sites, including MMC and Moorabbin Hospital
  • Participating in clinical supervision to further develop skills and grow experience
  • Contributing to quality and research projects

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or related qualification
  • Demonstrated and proven experience in healthcare support
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel between hospital sites
  • An ambition to grow skills and expand knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team work
  • Ability to engage in reflective practice
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
