Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our team in the Energy and Utilities sector. As a key member of our Operational Transformation practice, you will partner with clients to design and deliver business solutions that drive growth and success in this rapidly changing market.

Your expertise in organisational agility transformations, large program definition and delivery, and management consulting experience working on Target Operating Model and Transformation & Change delivery will be invaluable in helping our clients respond to changing customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience in taking a lead role in delivering business transformation projects in the regulated Energy/Utilities sectors.
  • You can conceptualize changing market dynamics and support clients in defining new business models, business cases for change, and future roadmaps/recommendations.
  • You have experience in strategy development and execution, business model innovation and growth.
