About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Sydney Construction & Infrastructure practice group.

Job Description
  • As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with experienced Development and Project Managers to procure complex projects;
  • You will benefit from close partner mentoring and have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across different industry sectors;
  • You will be required to mentor more junior solicitors and exercise initiative and autonomy commensurate with your experience;
  • You will earn attractive remuneration and have the opportunity to progress based on performance;
  • You will work on high-value contracts for major superannuation funds, listed entities, and blue-chip clients in the mixed-use, industrial, education, commercial, and FMCG sectors;
Requirements
  • 4+ years of post-admission experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in front-end construction;
  • Ability to manage a file load autonomously, while delegating work tasks effectively;
  • Excellent written skills and ability to use plain English to explain legal concepts concisely;
  • A 'can-do' approach and a team player attitude;

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
