Support Professional - Enrich Lives

We have a vital role for Support Professionals who can make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Our team delivers person-centred support to enable participants to live independently, achieve their goals and participate fully in their communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to help individuals build confidence and independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised plans that meet participant needs
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to ensure participants feel valued and connected
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – current and valid
  • Current Police Check (issued within the last 3 years)
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR (within 1 year)
