We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers, providing person-centred care to individuals living with disability.

We aim to deliver compassionate and respectful support tailored to the unique needs of each participant. Our team plays a vital role in helping individuals live with dignity, achieve their goals, and participate meaningfully in their communities.
Job Details- This is a contractual (sole trader/ABN) role that offers flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule and services.
- You will work with participants in various settings, including their own homes or supported accommodation.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – current and valid
- A Current Police Check (issued within the last 3 years)
- A Valid First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR (within 1 year)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- Competitive hourly rates and transport reimbursements
- Full flexibility to take breaks or holidays as needed
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance provided
- Access to a supportive on-call team of qualified Registered Nurses
