We are seeking individuals who are passionate about advancing their careers in study management or those who have established themselves in full life cycle project management within the mining sector, particularly with experience in copper, gold, nickel, and lithium commodities.

Your career in project delivery within the resource sectors, aligned with engineering delivery requirements, will involve collaboration with a diverse, multi-disciplinary business group across the studies portfolio. We welcome open consideration of Full or Part Time Employment.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in the Minerals and Metals sector, including:

  • Previous experience in engineering or project delivery within the Minerals and Metals resource sector, with a solid understanding of full life cycle mining operations.
  • Proven ability to foster cohesive and agile working relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Competence in navigating a matrix structure, coordinating with functional heads and working groups to secure necessary resources.
  • Strong analytical, literacy, and numerical skills, with a good grasp of proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience in leading and managing engineering studies.
  • Knowledge of process plant design, construction, commissioning, and operational infrastructure.
  • Expertise in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies.
  • Understanding of change management principles and the ability to implement appropriate actions.
