About the Role
As a Principal Inclusion and Diversity Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global talent practices that support and achieve our inclusion and diversity objectives.
- Build meaningful partnerships with external bodies and lead our inclusion and diversity sponsorships and events strategy.
- Guide our internal networks and spearhead targeted inclusion and diversity projects.
- Oversee reporting and maintain governance controls to ensure our inclusion and diversity efforts create measurable, positive change.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in developing and executing inclusion and diversity strategies in various organizational contexts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A track record of influencing outcomes across different levels.
- Highly developed experience in managing change and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Relevant professional experience in the mining sector and across global jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business, or other relevant fields are highly desirable.
