We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled technology leader to join our team as the Head of Domestic Payments Technology. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving the technology strategy and direction for our domestic payments business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies to support our domestic payments business.
  • Oversee the management of technology teams and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology investments.
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large and complex projects across various business areas.
  • 10+ years of experience in people management and leadership within large and complex financial services organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to senior GM and Executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to bring together diverse stakeholders to align and make decisions on complex issues.
