About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Leader to join our team as the Head of Domestic Payments Technology. This is a key leadership role that will drive the delivery of our Domestic Payments program and ensure the successful implementation of our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technology team responsible for delivering our Domestic Payments program
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to support our business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the program
  • Manage and optimize technology investments to achieve business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external vendors
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments
  • 10+ years of experience managing large and complex projects across various business areas
  • 10+ years of experience in people management and leadership within large and complex financial services organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to senior GM and Executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to bring together diverse stakeholders to align and make decisions on complex issues
