About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Leader to join our team as the Head of Domestic Payments Technology. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of our domestic payments technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our domestic payments technology strategy
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our domestic payments systems
  • Manage a team of technology professionals to deliver our domestic payments program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external vendors
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments
  • 10+ years of experience managing large and complex projects across various business areas
  • 10+ years of experience in people management and leadership within large and complex financial services organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to senior GM and Executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to bring together diverse stakeholders to align and make decisions on complex issues
  • Ability to drive internal and external teams to detailed plans
  • Developing and delivering mission critical, highly performant and resilient technology
  • Delivery using modern engineering practices
  • PAYMENTS experience essential
