Job Title: Head of Domestic Payments Technology

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our team as the Head of Domestic Payments Technology. This role will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and delivery for our domestic payments program.

About the Role

The Head of Domestic Payments Technology will be responsible for:

  • Leading the technology strategy and delivery for our domestic payments program
  • Managing a team of IT professionals to deliver the program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Overseeing the technology environment for our domestic payments processing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments
  • 10+ years of experience managing large and complex projects across various business areas
  • 10+ years of experience in people management and leadership within large and complex financial services organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to senior GM and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to bring together diverse stakeholders to align and make decisions on complex issues
  • Ability to drive internal and external teams to detailed plans
  • Developing and delivering mission-critical, highly performant, and resilient technology
  • Payments experience essential
