Sustainability Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful sustainability initiatives at our site, leading compliance, innovation, and environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the environmental strategy and initiatives for our site, aligning with global sustainability goals.
- Drive onsite execution of environmental improvement projects, focusing on energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions.
- Manage environmental contracts, including waste management and by-product handling.
- C coach and support plant teams in best practices for environmental stewardship and compliance.
- Oversee and maintain the site's Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in environmental management, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and environmental regulations.
The successful candidate will be part of the site leadership team and bring a unique perspective that complements the strength of other leaders. This role not only drives performance within its own area but also impacts stakeholders outside of our organization.
