**Your Role**:
As the **Pedagogical Leader**, you'll drive excellence in teaching and learning practices across Y Kinders. Your leadership will empower educators to innovate, reflect, and deliver responsive curricula grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Through mentorship and collaboration, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every child's experience is safe, inclusive, and designed to meet their developmental needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Pedagogical Leadership**:
Guide the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality curricula that inspire children's growth and learning.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To succeed as a Pedagogical Leader, you'll need:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in early childhood education.
- Expertise in curriculum design and a strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and inclusive education principles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), plus VIT registration.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and support educators, families, and the community.

**Qualification**: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
