Job Description

As a strategic business leader, we are seeking a driven professional to expand our network across the City of Ballarat and Regional Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold company values and vision to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, manage meetings and set key performance indicators.
  • Monitor, report and analyze performance against KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct appraisals, listings and sales.
  • Plan and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns.
  • Manage customer databases and participate in management meetings.
  • Assist in sales campaign processes from start to finish.

Requirements:
  • Agent Representative Certificate.
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (highly preferred).
  • Estate Agent License (highly preferred).
  • Current Police Check Record.
  • Driving License and reliable vehicle.
