We are seeking a skilled and experienced bar professional to join our team at Mansion Hotel & Spa Werribee Park. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our iconic setting.
">This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a team that values genuine connection, attention to detail, and premium service.
">You will be based in Joseph's Restaurant & Bar, where you will host and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
">Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting beverages to a high standard, building genuine connections with guests, and creating exceptional experiences.
">">Requirements">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment
- Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge
- Enthusiasm about hospitality and continuous improvement
- A valid RSA certificate
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
