Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as a barista in a hotel, café, or hospitality setting
  • Expert knowledge of espresso equipment, calibration, and flavour extraction
  • Coffee certifications (or equivalent experience)
  • RSA + Food Safety Handling Certificate (essential)
  • Passion for coffee, sustainability, and guest engagement
  • Calm and positive presence in high-volume environments
