We are currently seeking a results-driven professional to join our team in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for arranging client meetings and providing expert support to a Senior Financial Planner.
  • You will also prepare necessary forms and documents, mentor and guide junior Client Service Officers, and assist with client annual review and meeting preparation.
  • Furthermore, you will help implement recommended strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial services or a related field is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
