Overview:

The Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management (DPFEM) seeks a skilled Business Manager to join its Operational Training team. This is a permanent, full-time role located in Hobart, South region.

Duties:

  • To provide high-level advice and assistance to the Director, Workforce Planning and Training, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation, and budgetary performance.
  • Provide support to the business unit in the delivery of efficient and effective strategic and business unit planning and reporting processes.

Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 6

Required Skills and Qualifications:
