- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a quality assurance role within food, ingredients, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SQF, FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, and internal audit frameworks.
- Proven experience developing and executing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on experience with internal/external audits, including managing non-conformances.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
- Strong understanding of Australian Food Safety Legislation.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisation, time management, and planning abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about food safety.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and delivering solutions that meet customer and compliance needs.
