Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our manufacturing site. As a key member of our quality team, you will provide hands-on technical support and coaching in core quality areas.

  • Support the execution and ongoing maintenance of Food Safety and Quality programs through day-to-day implementation, verification, and continuous improvement of operational controls on the production floor.
  • Ensure compliance to site Quality and Food Safety programs by training operational teams to understand and apply quality and food safety requirements consistently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build stronger partnerships and embed shared ownership of quality across all operational areas.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a passion for food safety, quality, and continuous improvement, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Successful candidates will have a minimum 5+ years' experience in a food/dairy manufacturing environment with relevant experience in Quality/Operations, proven experience in HACCP, EM management, weight control, and hold & release processes within a production environment.
