Food Safety and Quality Expert

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in food safety and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
About You:- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- A strong understanding of food safety and quality principles, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective food safety and quality programs, aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Provide training and coaching to site teams on food safety and quality practices.
- Investigate and resolve food safety and quality incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
