Technical Training Director

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of technical training programs, ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for learning and development to make a meaningful impact on our organization.

  • Develop and implement technical training programs to meet the needs of our team
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver training programs effectively
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
  • Experience: Significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to critically analyze technical materials and conduct gap analyses
