">As a National Technical Training Director, you will oversee the development and delivery of technical training to our Tax team nationally.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate training program delivery and identify creation of timely and relevant Tax technical thought leadership materials
- Manage national technical training schedule and budget ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder reception
- Curate and manage a knowledge library providing easy access to contemporary training tools for Tax team members
- Lead national training projects as required, preparing project reports and status updates
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime
- Experience (or demonstrated interest in) managing a holistic technical development program
- Ability to critically analyse technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies
