Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of National Technical Training Director in our Tax team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our organization and contribute to the development of our Tax team's technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, delivery, and continuous optimization of technical training programs to meet the needs of our Tax team nationally.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to critically analyze technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leaders to coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
  • Manage national technical training schedule and budget, ensuring training is delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
  • Curate and manage a knowledge library for easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
  • Lead national training projects as required, preparing project reports and status updates.

Requirements
  • A qualified chartered accountant with significant tax experience and working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
  • Experience managing a holistic technical development program.
