  • Conduct product testing and sales trials in collaboration with Buyers to optimize merchandising strategies.
Requirements
  • Profound understanding of merchandising principles with the ability to apply them in product inventory management decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
  • Proficient adaptability to changes in inventory needs, stock levels, and market demands.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards in product presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools, with the ability to track and allocate products efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and productivity in demanding situations.
  • Advanced skills in creating and formatting spreadsheets and reports, with a focus on analytical competence.
  • Basic understanding of store operations, store layouts, and sales patterns.
  • Sound knowledge of Foot Locker's product range.
  • Undergraduate business degree or minimum 1-3 years' experience in retail allocations/merchandising role.
