Director of Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Service to join our team at Team Kids. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our OSHC/Childcare service in Aberfeldie, VIC 3040.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of passionate educators and manage service compliance and medical documentation.
- Build strong relationships with the school and local community, and be an active member within the school and local community.
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.
- Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Flexibility around your admin hours - work from home, or across one day or five.
