We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Service to join our team at Team Kids in Aberfeldie, VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs to children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of passionate educators and manage service compliance and medical documentation.
- Build strong relationships with schools and the local community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Develop and implement enriching experiences for primary-aged children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Manage service operations, including rostering, staff supervision, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations team to drive business growth and improve service quality.
- Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for creating engaging experiences for children and their families.
