About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:

Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
Supporting with ensuring your program is compliant with industry regulations
Interacting with our parents and helping them with enquiries wherever possible
Engaging with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend
Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has loads of energy, and can just love to have fun. You'll be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude. Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you. You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written, and are looking for stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week. You are qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
