About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a 12-month fixed full-time leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Occupational Therapy team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based Occupational Therapy practices
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Lead administrative portfolios, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Member of OT Australia (or eligible for membership)
  • Current Victorian Driver's License (unrestricted)
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Flexibility to work across hospital sites and work rotating weekday and weekend shifts
