Alongside day-to-day support of a custom-built ERP system, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver efficient, scalable, and dependable solutions that keep business operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications on the iSeries (AS/400) platform
- Playing a key role in interfacing and data conversion projects
- Working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and dependable solutions
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years' proven experience in RPG development
- Strong SQL skills
- Background in manufacturing or sales environments (advantageous)
- Disciplined approach to writing clear, well-documented code
- Experience diagnosing, modifying, and testing custom applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
