In this key leadership role, you will oversee the development of innovative solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical designs with business objectives. This includes mentoring junior team members and guiding technical delivery to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing existing OmniStudio processes, maintaining technical documentation, and reporting progress.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, etc.) and have experience with Salesforce integrations and architecture.
They should also demonstrate proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work onsite in Geelong 1–2 days per week.
