The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, and delivery leads to ensure solutions meet business goals, technical standards, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and capacity constraints.
  • Translate complex business problems into practical technical solutions that drive value creation.
  • Lead technical design workshops to facilitate early technical alignment and minimize downstream delivery risks.
  • Define solution patterns and guardrails to ensure consistency and quality across teams.
  • Ensure technical decisions consider scalability, security, and operational sustainability to support long-term growth.
  • Balance tactical delivery needs with strategic architectural considerations to maintain overall health.
  • Develop architecture artefacts at the right level of detail for effective communication with delivery teams.
  • Facilitate trade-off conversations between cost, speed, and technical risk to optimize solutions.
  • Coach and uplift technical leads and engineers in solution design best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for reuse and simplification across products to improve efficiency.
