About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Solution Architect. In this position, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and success.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Evaluate client requirements and design delivery plans to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to design, document, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase solution designs and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance during implementations, ensuring quality and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and insights to our clients and teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic solutions by combining technical expertise with a customer-centric approach.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Salesforce or cloud-based technologies is highly regarded, particularly in Higher Education, Financial Services, Media and/or Utilities.
  • A collaborative, adaptive mindset — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
